Which RedotPay card type matches each code?
Use RED10 for an eligible virtual-card order and RED100 for an eligible physical-card order. Confirm eligibility and the final price in the app before payment.
Where exactly do I enter the promo code?
Open the RedotPay app → go to Cards → select a card type → on the payment/checkout screen, find the promo code field and enter RED10 or RED100.
Important: Do not enter card promo codes in the signup referral field. That field is only for the signup bonus code .
What's the difference between RED10 and RED100?
RED10 is listed for eligible virtual-card orders; RED100 is listed for eligible physical-card orders. They are not interchangeable. Confirm eligibility and the final price in the app before payment.
Can I use both codes on one order?
Only one promo code may be applied per card order. Match RED10 to an eligible virtual-card order or RED100 to an eligible physical-card order.
How is the signup code different from the card promo code?
Card promo codes (RED10 / RED100): Enter on the card payment screen for 20% off card fees.
Registration referral code: if you have one, it is entered in the Referral code (Optional) field when creating an account. Confirm any account offer in the app.
Card promo codes and registration referral codes go in different fields at different stages.
