Promo Code Not Working?

If RED10 or RED100 isn't applying, work through these checks in order. Most issues are caused by entering the code on the wrong screen or a simple typo.

  1. Are you on the right screen?

Card promo codes go on the card payment/checkout screen, not the signup page. If you're seeing a "Referral code" field, you're on the wrong screen — go to Cards and start a card order instead.

  2. Check the card type

Match the code to the card type: RED10 is listed for eligible virtual-card orders and RED100 for eligible physical-card orders. Do not switch codes across card types; confirm eligibility and the final price in the app.

  3. Check your spelling

The code must be typed exactly as RED10 or RED100 — all uppercase, no spaces. Common mistakes: lowercase letters, extra spaces, or mixing up the number (e.g., RED0T30 instead of RED100).

  4. One code per order

RedotPay only allows one promo code per card order. If you've already applied a different code, you cannot add RED10 or RED100 on top.

  5. Use the matching code

Use RED10 only with an eligible virtual-card order and RED100 only with an eligible physical-card order. Confirm eligibility and the final price in the app before payment.

  6. Check the app's final price

Even if the code doesn't visibly apply, check the final total before paying. Always confirm the discounted price in the app. Offers can change without notice.

  7. Contact official support

If none of the above works, the code may no longer be active. Contact RedotPay official support through the app for the latest information. We do not have access to your account or RedotPay's promotion system.

Disclaimer: Promo code availability, eligibility, and the final discounted price are determined by RedotPay and confirmed in the app at the time of payment. This page provides troubleshooting guidance only — it does not guarantee any code will work. For official support, contact RedotPay through the app.
